Well basically Rainbow Dash is having some sort of water war with some unknown enemy. She recruited her friend Pinkie Pie to join in for the good fight. She told Pinkie to get a uniform but apparently she wasn't to clear about what type of uniform.

For some reason I thought the idea was funny when I first thought of it and now not so much...oh well
